Absolutely s*** company, I’ve been waiting on a refund for well over a month. I’ve followed the instructions as stated I’ve contacted each channel only get as far as a flipping AI and then nothing. Contacted via Instagram, WhatsApp and iMessage as I don’t have Facebook. The fact you can’t even speak to a human person is also Ridiculous. So I’ve just basically bought items only to get robbed and get no refund back. Joke. I don’t trust nor feel comfortable buying from this brand again. Quick to take your money and change fees but can’t refund back just as quick. ABSOLUTELY JOKE!
