I placed an order earlier today, Dec 15th, and have yet to receive an email confirmation of my purchase. I have used their "Madison" robot to try to resend the email confirmation FIVE TIMES (which I still have not gotten yet), because talking to a real person is nearly impossible.
Also, they ALWAYS send the wrong sizes, and they don't do exchanges (even if its their fault), so not only do you have to pay to return the item BUT you also have to repurchase it.
Horrible company.
