I placed an order in December 1st and was due to receive my order on the 15th. I still do not have my package. After reaching out to customer service multiple times and there being no updates on my package I finally asked for a refund and to deem my package lost (it hasn’t moved since the 7th). I can’t even report it lost until the 4th of January. Awful customer service. Awful shipping. I will not be ordering from them again.
