Firstly, if ethics (cheap labour) is a concern, I would not recommend PLT. Secondly, the customer service is awful, they don’t allow you to cancel orders either. Refunds are hard to get, they have a complex process for refunds. Quality of clothing is not long-term.
All of my experiences with them has been pretty terrible. Well, I mean, if you’re looking for a cheap dress for a party, by all means it ok. But if you get order wrong, or change your mind or any other human error.
To conclude, PLT doesn’t care about their customers.
