TERRIBLE!!! This company needs to be shut down!! l needed to address some issue regarding my purchase and decided to give PLT a call...after 2 attempts, 3 hours later in total,cost of £117 on my phone bill, my call still wasn't answered... when i addressed this problem via email, they took time to get back to me , and once they did, of-course they denied that even their number !! I have purchase only £10 item that cost me £117 on top!! I'm not just upset, I'm disgusted that they using premium number on the website, not answering for hours and that way they making money from a customers!! This matter is now forwarded to Watchdog and Ombudsman !!
