I placed an order on PrettyLittleThing that contained a pair of joggers, bodysuits and a jumpsuit. I used PayPal to pay for my order, and as I clicked the order confirmation button it said "ORDER CANNOT BE PLACED, ITEMS IN YOUR CART ARE OUT OF STOCK". I scrolled down on my orders to see that it was the jumpsuit that was out of stock. I clicked on the jumpsuit and a size up (from what I originally ordered) was still in stock. So I added the new size on to my cart and clicked the order confirmation button again. It again said ""ORDER CANNOT BE PLACED, ITEMS IN YOUR CART ARE OUT OF STOCK". So then I decided to remove the jumpsuit at once, and decided to just pay for the joggers and bodysuit. I confirmed the payment and it processed; the order was placed. I go and check my PayPal and see that the two previous orders that was labelled as "ORDER CANNOT BE PROCESSED" has been processed!! I was charged the money for the two previous orders that apparently couldn't be processed. I contacted PrettyLittleThing and they refused to cancel my order and said I need to go through the big hassle of doing a refund. Not to forget I had to pay for shipping three times too!!! THIS IS A TERRIBLE SYSTEM AND THEIR WEBSITE DOES NOT PROVIDE A SAFE WAY TO PAY. They are an absolute scam, go shop at Missguided and Boohoo as their website's don't often mess up like this because they have people maintaining the site properly. They could've at least given me a refund and cancelled the order as IT IS THEIR FAULT FOR TELLING ME THE WRONG THING. If I knew the order has been processed, I would not have tried placing an order again and again. If you are busy and do not have time to chase up on such a terrible company, please DO NOT BUY! The orders that I was mistakenly charged for were orders 600367301 and order 600367302.
