You sent my item to the wrong depot (according to Hermes) and 5 days later it has still not arrived (I paid £5.99 for postage of 2 small tops). No email thanking me for my purchase. No phone number to contact you to let you know what Hermes said and Hermes say to contact you. 3 emails to customer services but no response other than a standard reply saying you'll be in touch asap. If you only provide an email service for customer services, why don't you respond more quickly? I've had issues with delivery sometimes with other companies and they have been easily resolved over the telephone with a customer services team member. Your customer services are non existent. These tops were for a present and unless they arrive by lunchtime today, it's too late. I bought them on Saturday (you even chase people to buy now with the clock ticking to put items into the basket - you're very keen to take the money!!) - surely it's reasonable to have received them by Thursday??? I understand that Hermes may have cocked up but why didn't you read my email on Tuesday and sort it out?
