I am so disappoint with the service I have received from Pretty Little Thing. Not to mention that the clothes are extremely poor quality! I sent back my items for returns on 2nd Dec 2017, two weeks later I had still not had an email from them saying that they were processing my refund, so I emailed customer service. 3 days later I had still not heard anything from them, so I emailed again. Someone finally got back to me saying that my refund had been processed the day after I ordered the items (how is that even possible). They obviously had not even bothered to check because, what they thought was my refund was actually £15 they had refunded me for an item that I tried to order and they didn't have, which can I also add, they shouldn't have charged me for in the first place! 3 weeks later, I still have no refund and have still not had any other communication from PLT! I cannot believe that these cowboys can get away with this! Absolutely furious. I will never order anything from them again and I will make sure no one else I know does either!
