Two different orders I made within a month never arrived. Refund issued immediately however excluding the delivery fee?! It’s unfair that I had to pay for the shipping when my orders never arrived. It seems the issue lies between the communication with PLT and the courier, as on both occasions I received emails that my order was dispatched but was unable to receive any tracking information from then onwards.
