Really bad experience. I ordered items for a festival that I was going to and selected express post so that they would definitely arrive in time. Not only did the items not turn up in time, they wouldn't refund me the extra money I paid for express postage. They simply don't care about their customers. Will never shop with them again, nor would I recommend you do.
P.S. The clothes were really very poor quality too. I'd return them, but I do not want to deal with them at all any further. Really Bad.
