I ordered from Pretty Little Thing on April 1. The pants I ordered were way too long. They dragged on the floor. The crop top was extra crop. So I returned everything towards on April 10. In May I realized that I hadn't received my refund so I reached out via email and was told it was still processing. I pushed to get the refund but was told because I no longer had the tracking number from the post office (my car was cleaned out and the receipt was thrown away) that I had to wait on my refund. It is now June 21 and I just received a refund. horrible customer service. Would never order again
