I have ordered twice from pretty little thing and both times my items were “lost in the mail”. The tracking showed my items going to the wrong address and when I tried to contact someone, you’re only able to use an email. I asked for someone to send the items to the right address and they sent me a refund instead. I really just wanted the items I purchased. I was not given an explanation as to why I could not receive what I ordered.
