First time using PLT ordered once items too big, so the-ordered. Both orders arrived promptly and on time. My issue is with the returns. Returned both my orders at the same time, first order or two items were too big and second order of two items didn’t really suit me. Got confirmation that my first returned packaged and be received safely and re-fund for both items on its way. Next day an email come through for the second package, but only one item had been re-funded. Queried via their online contact page. Company now want to see proof of receipt of my postage. Highlighted that this was pretty pointless considering they had already confirm receipt of the package and just wanted the to look into the issue of why the second item had not been re-funded. Waiting for their response. Not hopeful
