I was literally just checking up on my order to see when it would arrive (because it had been waay over the 5-7 day shipping) and I received an email saying that they had received my return?!? I never even received the package and I never clicked on anything to return the order.
Overall I am glad that I "returned" my package because after reading all the reviews I'm glad to say that I will never even have to touch anything from this parasitic and incompetent company.
