Everyone was hyping this company up so I figured it was 100% safe. I online shop A LOT, and have never experienced a lost package. I really thought I was one of the unlucky ones to lose mine. Until I read this was a common problem with customers. The only way you can really contact this company is through Instagram "prettylittlethingcs" be patient they do reply back just be professional and "nice" about it.
