Not only did they give me an old tracking number, but when i complained they didn't provide me with a new one. I have had no way of tracking my package and have had to email the customer service line for 2 weeks straight. I was told through the website and another customer service rep that my package would arrive on dec. 3 or 4th, and now I am expected to wait another week. The company really shouldn't say shipping takes 5-7 working days, as it's been 3 weeks. I'm appalled by the service thus far, and cannot say I will order from here again.
