ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! There not way I can contact them apart from email which they take their long ass time to respond to. It's very frustrating because idek where my package is?!! And their website is useless! The order tracking option there doesn't even work. Everytime I try to enter my tracking number it takes me to the home page and never tells me where my package is or when will it actually arrive. It's just HORRIBLE.
Idek why they are still in business with this shitty service.
