Very little communication from supposed customer service. No telephone number to call. Requested photos which were sent 4 times. No apology. Refused to replace it even though it was a present for my daughter
Disgusting. I understand that things go wrong in the customer journey but the attitude and response can make or break the experience. The attitude of your customer service team is a disgrace.
