They have THE WORST customer service! I tried tracking my package because it still has not arrived THREE WEEKS after I placed the order and the the tracking was invalid (?) I emailed about it, they said it should be there in a few days. Ok. Tried tracking again, still not working. Turns out it was delivered to a completely different address then what I entered (mistake on their end). I bought the items when there was a special promotion going on and all they could tell me to do was they refunded my money and I would have to reorder (and lose out on that discount I previously used for my original order). How is this the only way to handle these situations?! It’s like they’re almost blaming their customers for a mistake THEY made, no accountability whatsoever. A simple refund that customers never wanted in the first place? We want what we ordered. They are terrible and different people reply to your emails saying different things. Order from somewhere else and save yourself he trouble seriously!
