Absolutely awful company. Their customer service is APPALLING. You can't just speak to one person every reply you get if from a different person which is ridiculous! I placed an order at 7:30 on a Saturday which should have been delivered on Sunday as I signed up to the "Royalty" subscription for next day delivery. It took THREE DAYS for my parcel to come. I contacted PLT and let's just say they didn't not care what so ever. I've never in my life experienced such awful customer service. I don't understand how this company is still functioning. I will definitely be informing everyone I know not to use this company and plastering this all over social media! STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. RUBISH QUALITY AND VERY VERY POOR "CUSTOMER SERVICE"
