I wanted to share my horrific experience with Pretty little thing. I ordered a pink size 8 faux fur coat. On the first delivery I was given a brown coat. I had to send it back for them to refund me. On the second order I received the correct colour but the wrong size. After emailing there customer service about this they apologised and refunded next day to re order the coat. Unfortunately I received a black coat in size 10. I have emailed them again and contacted them on Facebook. I was given a code to receive 40% off the coat but it didn’t work. When I told them it didn’t work they told me the code is not valid for sale items and I could save the code for use within 6 months.
That is disgusting service as I want to use my discount to order the coat they have delivered wrong 3 TIMES!
If you receive the wrong order from this company DO NOT bother re order it is a waste of time and they obviously don’t care about there customer loyalty as I explained I didn’t want to go elsewhere to order the coat and they still have not compensated me.
