With regards to Order No.125196267 I placed an order today with a code that was accepted, supposedly giving next day delivery for 1pound. This code was accepted and said applied to my card. After paying I noticed that I had been charged for standard delivery and told that my item would be delivered in 3-5 days. I therefore contacted customer services (within minutes of placing the order), they were extremely unhelpful. They said that they cannot cancel or Ammend my order once it has been made (nonsence) and they would not refund me anything. Despite multiple emails.. nothing! They even mentioned that they could see that my code was applied and accepted! It is complete incompetence.
