Placed an order all went through ok. Received and email saying there was an error when placing my order and that the funds would bounce back into my acc 3-7 days. Get a knock at the door and it’s the courier with my parcel. I open the parcel and an item is missing. Now I have to wait up to 24hours for a email reply to get this issue resolved. I originally brought this item to wear on a specific date. Doesn’t look like this will be the case. First and last time i’ll just stick to what I know in future. Not even a contact number to help resolve things quickly it’s a joke.
