I ordered something from them and received it on March 3rd. I request a return from them the next day and sent some items back because they didn’t fit. Mailed it back out in the 6th and they received the items on the 10th. The confirmation email said the credit would be issued on the 18th. Needless to say it’s now April 1st and I still haven’t received my credit. After a lot of back and forth from the company’s customer service department, there was a”delay” in the return process in which now I have to wait 10 more days. Slowest return process ever! I would highly recommend shopping somewhere else. The prices on their clothes are not worth the return process.
