I won't be shopping here again! Ordered on Saturday for next day delivery on Sunday. I received an email to say I should expect my parcel to be between 10:00am-13:00pm. It gets to 12:00pm and there's a 'delay' so waited up until 18:00pm and then I message them on Facebook and I'm told there's a issue with my address and to confirm it. I know there's no problem with my address as Ibe received parcels before without an issue and they refuse to give me a refund on the delivery charge because the courier tried to deliver it...I was in all day, gave them the correct address and yet they think they can keep your money when it's not the customers fault! I keep having to repeat myself about wanting a refund on the delivery charge or the whole delivery and they keep ignoring that part and answering the other part of my messages but take 2 hours to reply! Absolute joke customer service and Hermes is a joke as well
