THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY. I BOUGHT A COUPLE OF ITEMS FROM PRETTY LITTLE THING AND IT TOOK ABOUT A WEEK FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED TO ME IN CANADA. I DIDN'T LIKE ANY OF THE ITEMS BECAUSE IT DIDN'T LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES ONLINE AND IT WASN'T THE CORRECT SIZE, SO I DECIDED TO RETURN IT. FIRST OF ALL, I HAD TO PAY FOR IT TO BE RETURNED WHEN A LOT OF COMPANIES I SHOP ONLINE OFFER FREE RETURNS. I AM NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT THAT BECAUSE IT WAS ONLY $8CAD. IT TOOK ABOUT 2 DAYS FOR THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED TO THERE WAREHOUSE IN CANADA, TORONTO. A WEEK WENT BY I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND OR A EMAIL ABOUT IT. THEREFORE I DECIDED TO EMAIL THEM. I GOT A RESPONSE THAT IT TAKES UP TO 20 DAYS FOR A REFUND WHICH IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!! THEY SAID THEY NEED TO MAKE SURE THE ITEMS ARE IN THERE U.K. WAREHOUSE WHICH I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND. NOW IT'S 15 DAY AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY REFUND. I AM CALLING MY BANK NOW. THIS IS A RIPOFF !!!!! THE CLOTHES ARE NICE YES, BUT IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN BEWARE IT ISN'T WORTH IT !!!!! I ALSO FOUND IT FUNNY HOW IT TOOK 7 DAYS FROM IT TO BE DELIVERED TO ME BUT IT TAKE 20 DAYS FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED TO THEM -_- !!!!!
