Customer Service efficiency is terrible. No telephone line just contact through twitter dms - which is fine as you do get a reply but customer service do absolutely nothing. I accidentally ordered to the wrong address as it had already been automatically saved. On three separate occasions I was told that they were able to change the address to my current one and that the delivery service had been informed so I was very grateful. Each time the parcel was delivered to the same wrong address as nothing had been resolved. Eventually had to travel to the other address to pick up my package which cost unnecessary time and money. It's as if the customer service is just there to appease customers but never actually follows through.
