The customer service for PLT is unmatched! I had questions about my order and contacted PLT through WhatsApp and got a speedy and helpful response from Sadie. My questions were answered effectively and the customer service reps are the sweetest. The site itself has a great selection and awesome sales. The shipping isn’t too bad considering it isn’t coming from the US where I live but it does take about a week and some change.
