After I had bought an order of Fashion Nova clothes over last summer I switched to buying my clothes from Pretty Little Thing. I feel as if the quality is much better and the clothes are much more practical to wear every day. The customer service is great and I have had no missing clothes when delivered. The prices of clothes are great especially when they have a 50% off discount. The only con I have discovered is that one time I was not at my house to sign for the package and it was sent to a mail distributor by my house. It was not super far but it was an inconvenience since it’s just a package for clothes, I hope they can change this so they can just drop it off by my door next time.
