PLT experience was good well the point of sale and refund all Ng with he Comms via what's app chats. The issue for me was the delivery service they use my order to this day has never showed up. Despite a number of complaints to the delivery company they just told me that I was not their customer and they will only accept complaints from PLT due to the non existent service I would order as a last resort if I can't get item on the high street. Ordering online is should same time and hassle it was anything but countless time wasted sending emails to get an update. In terms of getting a refund PLT did it ahead of time as I was not willing to wait 10 days for the delivery company to confirm to them that they had lost the package when I had screenshots from my live chat with them confirming this. Might be worth looking at the refund process.
