They sent me the wrong item, told me they could not send the correct one till I sent the wrong one back. Once I returned the item, they refunded me instead of sending me my item, then told me that this was a mistake, and I had to re-order and pay the postage again. I tried to do this, yet the item was fully sold out and back up at full price rather than the sale price. Very bad customer service, stay clear. They even have a return box for being sent the wrong item, so it must happen often!
