I have been shopping on PLT for the past 4 years and never had a problem with them. After becoming a regular I purchased the Royalty shipping service which offers free next day delivery for a year (9 pounds only). Also I never had a problem with refunds and I find the process really easy.
Only bad note is that items sizes are all off, I can go from a 4 to a 12 depending if its a crop top, jacket, dress, etc. Overall I give it 5 stars
