So far never really had any issues, items are cheap and cheerful, great sale items and have always arrived on time. On the odd occasion I've had to return there hasn't been an issue. Some lovely tips and dresses for very cheap prices. The only down fall is sometimes the smaller sizes are out of stock quickly.
