Not once have I had an issue with PLT so I can’t even comment on customer service, but if I ever had to contact them, I know for sure that any problems would be dealt with.. My orders always arrive on time and come as expected. The prices are fab.. I spend allllll of my time looking/ spending on PLT I love it!!💓💸👗🧥🦄
