I live in the US and got my shipment promptly, within two weeks, considering how far it had to come. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong size size 4) so had to return my item. US and British sizes are not the same. So I sized up, and ordered the next two sizes larger (Size 6 and size 8). The size 8 fit perfectly, so the size 6 was returned. I used PayPal for my payment method. I had no trouble at all with currency exchange, returns or reordering. The process couldn’t have been better. PLT kept me informed throughout the process: I knew when shipments were made and delivery expected. I also knew, literally within hours, when returns were picked up and received. My $$ was sent back through PayPal quickly. I gave PLT five ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️. My experience couldn’t have been better!
