1st - clothes had clearly been worn and returned
2nd - Item the the seam wast stitched properly
3rd - 2 dressed that are so small they fit my 6 year old daughter. they don't even cover my hips
We you contact customer services you get to it's not 'their normal quality' Well it clearly is otherwise it would be a 1 off.
I have paid for the years delivery. Thankful i haven't had to pay each time. After this I wont and recommend no one else orders from them.
