WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Order an item. It was faulty. Went to reorder it but the price had changed from £24 to £30. PLT wouldn’t honour the price for an exchange on the faulty item. Had to pay for two lots of postage so I was out of pocket.
Worst fashion brand I have ever dealt with. Would not recommend
