Terrible service. We had to get-up to ask for anything. We were given the wrong wine and told it was right. The manager told me he poured it so what do I want him to do. I told him it was either wrong or off at the second time of asking. He reluctantly poured another glass which was a totally different colour (the correct wine) no apologies he just crashed around in the kitchen obviously annoyed he had been called out on his mistake. I will never go to any Prezzo again after that performance.
