“I was given a voucher for an afternoon tea for two and decided to look for one a bit more unusual. The one offered by Prezzo seemed to fit the bill and so I booked. We went to Prezzo in Hinckley and I have to say it was fabulous. The place itself is very welcoming and nicely spacious, no knocking into other customers chairs whenever you want to move. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The food - absolutely lovely, very nicely presented and deceptively filling. With unlimited hot drinks in the mix I can't fault this Italian twist on afternoon tea, and my husband would definitely agree.”
“We have been coming to the Aldeburgh restaurant for the last 5 years but it looks like the restaurant has gone down hill .. We ordered Spaghetti bolognaise & calzone pizza which was really poor dry ..
what shame in such a beautiful town.”
“We dined at Prezzo Whiteley last week and the service by Jack H was second to none. He was great with our 7 year old grandchild and even informed me that the meal i ordered might be a bit spicy so I could choose whether to have it or not. The food we all had was delicious and one of us even got the magic plate which we didn't know was a thing. The desserts were amazing too. Could you please tell Jack H that if we go there again we would definitely want to be served by him and he should be rewarded for his customer service.”
“Food tasted okay...
Service was slow. Had to ask 3 times for tap water
Not sure the refurbished interior justified the smaller starters and inflated prices though”
“Good experience at Prezzo Letchworth on 15th May. Good food and efficient service for the nine people in the group. Thanks to cheerful waiter with red hair. Will return.”
“Visited Prezzo tonight and was delighted with the service and the food. Waiter was very welcoming and attentive but not oppressive which I welcomed. Ordered a second coffee which I was told was complimentary- on the house. That was unexpected and generous. Having a 40% discount on the food element of the bill meant that the meal was very good value. Would definitely return. Only downside was that the level of the music was a bit high for easy conversation.”
“The manager at the York branch (Connor) is amazing. He is always lovely and helpful . You can tell that he likes to make people feel welcome. There is consistency every time . He is really lovely .”
“Wonderful welcome from the team at Haverhill, Neel and Lily. Food and service was as always amazing - BIG BIG thanks to them for making it another memorable evening. I shall return soon :-)”
“Visited Prezzo at Swadlincote and had a great experience. The restaurant was extremely busy however this did affect the service. We received a friendly welcome and lovely staff serving us. The food was hot and lovely.
Lovely ambiance and highly recommend.
Plan to return soon.”
“We visited Prezzo in East Grinstead today and arrived at 12-45pm. We have a 25 mile journey from West Coulsdon. We do this journey because from recent experiences it is always made worth while by Alegre, at Prezzo, East Grinstead. Again today he gave us a warm welcome with a lovely smile. Alegre served us well and was always happy to have a chat with us whenever he had a spare moment. The food we had today was perfectly cooked and presented very well. We will definitely do the journey again for a lunch at Prezzo in East Grinstead.”
“Three visits in the last couple of months, each time the Service was excellent, led by Manager
