“We dined at Prezzo Whiteley last week and the service by Jack H was second to none. He was great with our 7 year old grandchild and even informed me that the meal i ordered might be a bit spicy so I could choose whether to have it or not. The food we all had was delicious and one of us even got the magic plate which we didn't know was a thing. The desserts were amazing too. Could you please tell Jack H that if we go there again we would definitely want to be served by him and he should be rewarded for his customer service.”

“Visited Prezzo tonight and was delighted with the service and the food. Waiter was very welcoming and attentive but not oppressive which I welcomed. Ordered a second coffee which I was told was complimentary- on the house. That was unexpected and generous. Having a 40% discount on the food element of the bill meant that the meal was very good value. Would definitely return. Only downside was that the level of the music was a bit high for easy conversation.”

“We visited Prezzo in East Grinstead today and arrived at 12-45pm. We have a 25 mile journey from West Coulsdon. We do this journey because from recent experiences it is always made worth while by Alegre, at Prezzo, East Grinstead. Again today he gave us a warm welcome with a lovely smile. Alegre served us well and was always happy to have a chat with us whenever he had a spare moment. The food we had today was perfectly cooked and presented very well. We will definitely do the journey again for a lunch at Prezzo in East Grinstead.”

Reminds me of subway everything tastes artificial,keep away from the one in kings Lynn ,absolutely shocking,staff ignorant and there understanding of the English language is very poor ,if your gonna do a job like that make sure your English is up to scratch”
“We've dined at Prezzo in Chelmsford, Reading and most recently Windsor (for the second time). As a general review our comments apply to all locations. Excellent food, atmosphere and courteous staff on all occasions. I just want to single out the Windsor restaurant in particular where we dined on Saturday 26th July and to thank Kiara and Gabriel for their friendliness and spectacular service. We were made to feel welcome and cared about. The food and wine were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We will certainly continue to choose Prezzo as our 'go to' restaurant wherever we may find ourselves. Thank you.”
