Gifts look great and are good quality only let down was that Hermes were not careful with the packages. Both deliveries came with the boxes half open and smashed up. In one of the deliveries the glass at the bottom of the bottle got broken off. On glass items maybe they need to be wrapped in bubble wrap in case this happens rather than having a sheet below and above that can move.
