When I ordered this, I thought it would be delivered on 11th November. When I realised delivery would be between 11th and 17th, I tried to cancel, this was just a half hour after placing the order.
An automated email advised they would be in touch asap, but it might be too late to cancel if the item (personalised bottle of prosecco) had been created.
I received an email a couple of days later to say item already dispatched and should be received on the requested date.
It arrived the day after, which I didn't want.
I will stick to flowers in future, to ensure delivery on the special day.
