The parcel was being delivered to my daughter and when I was notified it had been delivered I rang her and asked her if she got it ok. She said she was in all day and no-one had called. When I looked at where the parcel had been left I told her to go and look over her fence and there it was in her back yard. She was annoyed that he hadn't rung the bell to alert her it had been delivered. I know we have to be careful about Covid but surely he should have rung the bell to alert her it had been delivered.
