The items were really good but the presentation boxes arrived creased. I feel this was probably due to the fact that there was no buffering packing around them. It was just the two boxes of pamper gifts in a larger box with a lot of empty space and they probably moved about in transit .
Prezzybox have replied to our review very quickly and apologised for the problem and and made an offer to resolve the situation. Customer service was great.
