The product range is good and the delivery was quick. The foot massager was good I’m told. Although it is quite loud so a bit distracting. It would be good to be able to include a card in the box with a personalised message rather than just a note on the delivery slip as this looks a bit tacky. And the couriers (Hermes) delivered the package to the house next door and did not put any note through the right house. As this site is designed to send gifts to people it would be good if the couriers actually delivered to the right door or notified the recipient that a parcel was next door for them. I had to go onto the delivery information to make sure that it had been delivered properly and then tell the recipient to go and collect their parcel so this spoiled the surprise. Although this is more to do with the couriers than prezzybox themselves.
