Very poor service. Bought on the 17th November. Monies for three items have been taken. Spoken to customer service via email last email sent on Thursday still no response and all items still not received. I await communication from prezzybox. Hopefully they see this and respond seeing there “awesome” customer service team can’t be bothered. Just to top it off these were for a special birthday which unfortunately for me as now passed.
