Shopping experience was fine - got what I wanted.
I ordered two items, one personalised (from Prezzybox supplier) and one direct from Prezzybox. It wasn't clear at checkout that the gift messaging I was adding wouldn't be included with the personalised item. Was then told I can't get it included and can't contact the supplier to get one added. Don't have tracking information available for this item either.
