I placed my original order on a Sunday, it arrived on Tuesday, soaking wet so HERMEs took it back. I phoned for a replacement, as it hadn't arrived by Saturday I e-mailed, the order arrived on Monday, in good condition. Overall happy with the goods and the speed of replacement once chased. Would definitely use this company again and would recommend.
