Overall a very good experience.
Only improvement I'd suggest to the order process would be to add an order confirmation email when someone pays by PayPal. I received notification from PayPal that the authorisation was successful, however I did not receive anything from Prezzybox. A few days later I wanted to check what I ordered and had to do this via the website rather than just checking an email.
But other than that, very happy.
