I ordered a “letterbox” bottle of Hardy’s red wine expecting it to be delivered In a letterbox-sized box as shown on the website picture, however it came in a letterbox sized box within a very large cardboard box with an abundance of plastic bubble wrap which made it seem pointless advertising it as a letterbox wine which it wasn’t!
However, I have no complaint about the bottle of wine itself which I was very happy with, but feel that the website was disappointingly very misleading which took some of the pleasure away from ordering this gift.
