Was generally happy with my order. The Dog IQ book is a great stocking filler and the Pet Snack Launcher is going to be very convenient for family members who have trouble bending down for our smaller dogs on walks. Unfortunately, the Chocolate bombs ordered for making hot chocolate arrived with one broken, probably at the fault of the delivery driver after the order had gone through Prezzybox. Kindly the team offered to replace or refund to suit my needs very quickly and I went on to buy from then again :)
